Sending multiple triggers to a routine using serial port or code to V-Amp and brain vision recorder

**What are you trying to achieve?:
I want to send trigger to V-Amp using serial port or code and record in brain vision recorder using USB to COM convertor.
But it is sent irregularly or not at all.
I will post the photos of the components
