Save value to file and reference it for next participant

Description of the problem:
I would like to take a value produced at the end of an experiment, save it to a separate file and then reference this file and value at the beginning of the next run of this experiment with a different participant. Would it be possible to do this?

I think that you’d need an external web app to do this, similar to the one I wrote for https://moryscarter.com/vespr/avatars/

(the participant gets feedback on their performance with a marker showing the average performance of previous participants)
