If you can see the new version on Gitlab then you have a very common cache issue. Use Ctrl-Shift-R or an incognito tab or a different device or browser to run the latest version.

What did you do to clear your cache? Have you tried an incognito tab? Have you checked on Gitlab to see if the new files were uploaded? I am assuming that there is no issue with adding the routines in Builder and pressing the sync button.
