Hi, as part of my survey I require the participant to consent to four different statements. I currently have the statements listed in a checkbox format and require them to tick all four boxes before they start the survey. Is there a way to ensure that they tick all the boxes? Also, is there a way that if they don’t tick all the boxes a message will come up and state that they are not eligible to take the survey?
