I have been trying to record verbal responses to the trials in a looped routine in a single, continuous .wav file instead of the multiple .wav outputs generated for each individual trial. Based on what I’ve found, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this just through components in Builder, but I’m wondering if anyone has an idea of how this could be done via an inserted code component. I’ve tried my best to figure it out by examining and re-working the language used in previously compiled scripts with a standard microphone component (in addition to reading the source code for “psychopy.microphone”), but my very limited abilities with Python haven’t been up to the task. I would really appreciate any advice or guidance regarding how to make this work, or a confirmation that this is not feasible to accomplish in Builder.
