Hi, I posted a day ago about a question I had about my experiment data not downloading. I was wondering what is the general time I can expect a reply in?

Hi Shannon,

This isn’t a paid support channel - it’s supported by volunteers in their spare time between being scientists - so there isn’t a time limit on when people will respond to that.
