I’m a GRA at Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at CU Boulder. During my regular assignments we started working with the new pupil labs neon and we anticipate to integrate that with the psychopy for our experiments. So, I was closely following this pupil labs neon installation and setup and tried to install the pupil labs plugin through the plugin manager. But it fails repeatedly and shows the same error ( refer the image ). I tried re-installing psychopy entirely and it still gives the same error. I’m using a Macbook pro laptop with the latest m1 pro silicon chip. Any suggestions would be helpful. thank you
