Psychopy couldn't start due to a "disgusting design"?

What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
I tried to open an psychopy experiment, which was ok yesterday on this computer or on other computers. however, when i double clicked the experiment, it didn’t open. instead, a strange error flashed (see below).
I also tried to just open builder without a specific experiment, still, only error.
I have tried reboot my computer. didn’t work

what should i do?

PTB error: Your system is running since over 48 days without a reboot. Due to some pretty disgusting design flows in the Windows operating system, timing will become unreliable or wrong at uptimes of more than 49 days. Therefore PTB will not continue executing any time related function unless you reboot your machine now

PS: disgusting design? :joy: who says that? LOL

Lol this is a message from the PTB package. I would suggest reinstalling the same version of PsychoPy app after restarting your computer and see if that resolves this error message. For some reason the detection of last time of reboot is not working properly here.
