Problem with Experiment in Pavlovia

Hi,

I solved this issue but I am not sure what exactly worked for me as I started working on Psychopy one month back. I changed the following things before my experiment started working:

  • I followed the gitlab instruction for setting ssh key for my system.

  • I switched from Windows 10 desktop to my MacBook air (High Sierra)

  • I switched from 3.0.7 to 3.0.4 version

  • Make sure you export html before you start pushing your files to pavlovia

Hey,

Did anyone found out the solution to 403 ngnx error? I am facing this with my new experiments from last 1 week but not the older ones. Here is the link- https://pavlovia.org/run/sparmar34/masters_05_03/

Hi @Sweta_Parmar, the good news is I have tried running your task from my own account and everything seems to work ok (although there was an error in the end, one of the images is missing, but thats easy enough to fix). One thing that is different, is the URL. You do not seem to have the html folder in your URL, which is required. Try exporting your html manually from the File menu, and syncing to Pavlovia, and running again.

Hi David,

Thanks for your help. I realized that all the experiments that I uploaded that day were without html in the link. I don’t know why this upload issues are occurring. Now all my links are working after creating the projects again.

I wonder if something happened when you first uploaded your task. Did you quit at all during sync because it took a long time? Great that it is working, i’ll delete your task from my account now.

No I didn’t quit anything. I even remember exporting html each time.I have also made a shorter task with 6 images from Windows PC, which was having the same issue. I am using Psychopy 3.1.0 on Windows and Psychopy 3.0.7 on Mac.
