Pilot works but URL does not in Pavlovia Dashboard

Hi, I have successfully synched my Psychpy experiment to Pavlovia.org and have changed my experiment status from “inactive” to “running”.

The Pilot runs successfully. However, when I click the URL provided, the following error message popped up.
Error when starting the experiment, when opening a session for the experiment: hkim174/untitled, and not enough credits assigned to the experiment.

I am not sure what I should do here to solve the issue. Is this something that could be solved if I obtain credits for “running” the experiment? I did check GitHub and uploaded all the files needed for the study.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

The URL is for running the experiment, not piloting. You need credits or a license to run. You need to use the Pilot button to generate a pilot link.
