Dear all,
I am working with Psychopy to run our experiment for around 1 year. Yesterday the Psychopy couldn’t load the task. I checked the task on different laptops and PCs, it worked in all of them except our specific PC for running the task. then I uninstalled the previous Psychopy, and install the new one. but nothing has changed.
I have run it from the builder. There wasn’t an error message, just when the first part of the task should be started, just a white page appeared.

I’d be thankful if you could help me.

Have you checked your log file?
Change your logging level to DEBUG in Experiment Settings → Data → Logging level and see if it outputs anything that can explain the bug.
