If you save as CSV you get one file per participant
If you save as Database then you need to download the data from your experiment page (see 5)

Oh! Thank you! I didn’t know about that! However, if I have already collected data using CSV and I change it to database, will the data I collected already be saved as a database or that will only affect the data I collect from that moment on?

Changing only affects new data. I sometimes pilot with CSV and then switch to database for data collection.
