Pavlovia Authentication

Hello,

I have a student who is trying to use Pavlovia, however, they are not getting the Authentication email. We have been backwards and forwards with other members of staff trying to fix this issue. Can anyone offer any guidance, as this is for a dissertation project and time is pressing.
