URL of experiment: Decision-making in Different Situations
Description of the problem: A small but significant number of participants (about 10 %) report that at a specific time in the experiment (while completing questionnaires at the end of the experiment about 1h into the experiment), after they click continue the experiment sesson seems to terminate and they are returned to the beginning of the experiment. It is as if the website of the experiment refreshes. The experiment is coded in JSPsych and in all my testing I have been unable to reproduce the bugg myself. Is there something server side that may cause the experiment page to automatically refresh for the participants or could this only be caused by an issue in the code? Of the participants that have reported this error and have reported which browser they used all have used Google Chrome.
