Description of the problem:
Hi,
A participant emailed to say that they tried to play our experiment twice, using Chrome, and they got the same error (below) and the game wouldn’t start.
*Unfortunately we encountered the following error: when initialising the sound library Tone.js is not available. A different sound library must be selected. Please contact the experiment designer.
Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.
I, the experimenter, am able to open the game on Chrome with no issues but in the past week or so I got no new data although people were filling the consent forms so I’m wondering if this error occurred for many.
Can you please help? What shall I do? In case that helps I’m using v 2021.1.3
