What’s the problem:
I can’t log into gitlab.pavlovia.org with my email/password (emmalneto@gmail.com), and I can’t log in with my username/password (emmaneto) because it says I need to confirm my email (see image).
I cannot open PsychoPy Builder either, with this error:

I am not receiving a new confirmation email when I request one.
What I’ve tried: Checking spam, and confirming that is the correct email associated with my account.
