Maintainer can see GitLab project but not Pavlovia dashboard / cannot assign credits

Not OS-specific; this is a Pavlovia dashboard issue.

Not sure / not applicable. The students created the study; I am trying to manage it via Pavlovia.

No / not relevant. I need to assign Pavlovia credits so it can run online.
What are you trying to achieve?:
I have been added by my students as a Maintainer to their study on Pavlovia GitLab. I can see the project in GitLab, but it does not show up in my Pavlovia experiment dashboard. I need access on Pavlovia so I can assign credits to the study.
What did you try to make it work?:
I logged in with the same account that has Maintainer access on Pavlovia GitLab. I checked the Experiments tab on my Pavlovia dashboard. I also tried opening the corresponding Pavlovia experiment page and assigning credits from the Credits tab using this experiment path:

What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:
The project is visible to me in GitLab, where I am listed as Maintainer, but it does not appear in my Pavlovia experiment dashboard. Because of that I cannot access the Pavlovia experiment page or credit controls needed to assign credits.
No full error message is shown; the experiment is simply missing from the Pavlovia dashboard. If I try to assign credits manually using Luisa_05/Final_FoPra_Overload, Pavlovia does not find/show the experiment.
