License Manager: Access all licensed experiments in GitLab

We keep encountering an issue when trying to access the experiments of our license via the license manager account.

As intended, in the pavlovia.org dashboard, our license manager account can view a complete list of all the experiments within our license (dashboard - license - licensed experiments). Though, when clicking on these experiments, we get a 404 error page from gitlab.pavlovia.org, claiming the page of the experiment could not be found.
It seems like the license manager account does in fact not have access to all our licensed experiments in GitLab by default. Is there a way to set up the license, so the access in GitLab matches the list of licensed experiments and the license manager account has access to all the experiments of the license by default?
This would be necessary for the license manager to actually manage the experiments.

Thank you!

Are these old experiments?

Not exclusively. The issue appears with all experiments which the license manager account is not manually given access, no matter their status or age, even currently running experiments.

This is the error message when clicking the experiments in the licensed experiments list:

Bumping the topic for visibility. Can’t really imagine this is an issue with no solution.

I am assuming correctly that the the license manager should (or can?) have access to all projects of the licence, right?

I asked the team and the answer is that we have not given license managers access to the contents of scientists studies so far, only information about their existence.
