Did you switch the experiment to inactive after collecting data? Have you tried downloading from the experiment page as well as by syncing? Have the credits been consumed or just reserved?

I did not switch the experiment to inactive after collecting data, it is still active I tried downloading from the experiment page, via the “download results” button The 159 credits have been consumed :confused:

Does the downloaded file also have a db folder? I’m wondering whether there’s any database data. Please could you PM me the experiment URL and/or add me (Wake) as a developer? What was the range of consumption dates of the credits (see your credits tab)?
