Image in the first window

Hi,
In the first window, where there is a place to type the participant number, there is a default image of my university logo. The image is so big that it hides the participant number

  1. Where the image come from?
  2. Can I change the size of the image or replace it?

Please could you let me know your username and I’ll follow up with this.

Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser? The logo means that your institution must have a licence – presumably very recently, since I would expect this issue to apply to all users at your institution.

Hi Wake,

A student I am supporting with their exp had the same issue yesterday using Mac and Chrome. I cannot replicate it with my Windows 10 and Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Sorry, this is the only info I have.

Thanks. So this is probably a Mac OS issue. Please let me know the version and browser if anyone is able to replicate it.

Hi,

I have a account from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem. It happened to me I’m both Mac and windows. I can grab the image down with the mouse and see the participant number but it doesn’t look good and I can’t see it in my code.
