Hello! I am trying to remove unused credits from past Pavlovia surveys so I can use them for current ones. The “Credits” section shows me how many credits are currently assigned, but the only way I can see to un-assign credits is to go through each survey individually. I have a large list of prior surveys and checking them one by one to see if credits are assigned to them is time-consuming. Is there a method to tell which surveys have credits currently assigned to them so I can make this process more efficient?
Thank you for your help!
Does the credits tab of your Dashboard help? That’s where I go when I want to check which experiments have the most credits so I can go to them to release them. I haven’t used credits with surveys, since I joined OST before Pavlovia Surveys was launched.
Thanks for replying! Here is that section of my dashboard:
I can see that 514 credits are currently assigned across my surveys, but it doesn’t look like I can figure out which surveys have remaining credits. I see a list of individual credits consumed and which survey it was for, but not which credits have not been consumed, if that makes sense.
You’re saying for experiments you can see which ones have credits left? I wonder if this is a feature surveys don’t have.
Thanks again!
Try reordering by status or looking at a later page. By default the consumed credits come first, and they do tell you which survey. You have 1194 credits of which over half are consumed.
