I cant log in to pavlovia dashborad

Since the platform upgrade in 12/27, i can’t sign in to the pavlovia dashboard.

Whenever i try to log in, i was directed to github login page. But where I want to go is the pavlovia dashboard where I can assign credits to my existing experiment.

This issue also happens when i use Incognito Mode.

I am very upset of this issue. Does anyone also stuck in this?

After sign in, i get into the github page. I can still download data or modify the code, but i find nowhere to assign credit :frowning:

Hello - I cannot log into the dashboard either - same error.

Note: I tried from an incognito window and was able to log in - so clearing the Browser’s cache should work

Yes, you will need to clear the cache following the update: Ctrl-Shift-R (or Cmd-Shift-R on MacOS) should get things working again.

@amber9108037979 in your case, if you’ve successfully logged in but can’t find the dashboard, just change the URL from gitlab.pavlovia.org to pavlovia.org
