I tried &group="+expInfo['group'] and &group='+expInfo['group'] but both seem incorrect.
I can’t see the difference between your two options there. Please could you show a screenshot of the completed URL

I tried it with ' behind group= and '' behind group= but neither seem to work:
The issue is that you need to put +"&group="+ rather than just &group=
