Hiring someone to create an experiment

Hi, I’m looking for someone to create an experiment for me.
Currently I’m a fourth-year psychology student, I just downloaded psychopy and frankly, I don’t have the time to learn the program.
I need to program a task that should not be that difficult:

  1. One task is to establish an individual threshold, there would be a face presented and the participant would need to distinguish whether it’s male or female, the time of the stimulus presentation would get shorter until the participant starts to guess.
  2. After establishing a threshold, I need to create an operant conditioning task.
    I have all the materials (images, other used stimuli) and could provide all the details about how the experiment should look.
