Experiment uploads to but won't initiate on Pavlovia

Hi! I’d like some advice on putting an experiment onto Pavlovia.

The experiment uploads to Pavlovia and loads the files, but gets stuck on initializing the experiment and will display only a white screen. I suspect there is something wrong with the JS code.
