One of the participants in my online study reported the following error:
I see that the data is present at gitlab but the log file is missing. Any idea what might be going on? Other participants did not report any errors.

I’m having the same probelm (still now). Some participants (I don’t see any pattern) report this issue (approx. 10% of participants). Is there anything else I can check?
