Error when setting the image of ImageStim

URL of experiment: 0b [PsychoPy]

Description of the problem:

I am getting an error that seems to not be reading the images included in my experiment file (see error message below)
The images are included in the HTML file and I have checked that they have been uploaded to the online repository in the resources folder.
I have checked the filenames and can’t see any human errors. Pathways weren’t included as they were all contained in the same folder as the .psyexp file.
There are no spaces/dashes in filenames and correct filetypes have been checked.

I have tried to work around this by setting all images to repeat, thinking that maybe the images will download once the experiment starts running, but the same error still occurs.

Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

when setting the image of ImageStim: ccimage
when getting the value of resource: bankcard.png
unknown resource
Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

I do wonder if the error is the same issue as the example below. I can’t see any of my images’ filenames in Developer Tools when I try to run my own experiment (explained in the link below).

The problem is that you are exporting to the html folder. I would recreate your experiment without this option since it confuses the 2021 version.

Thank you @wakecarter that has fixed the issue and the images are now successfully downloading.
