Error in Pavlovia Survey Design

Dear Pavlovia community,
I have encountered an error when building the questions in Pavlovia Survey. I have tried to open in different browsers (Google, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) and still get the same warning message, which I inform hereby:

Error when authenticating the experiment designer:

undefined

If the error persists, contact Pavlovia’s administrator.

I just got the same error! Not sure how to fix it, but maybe it’s a widespread issue
