Error that stops experiments from running

Hi, help please!

OS (Win10):
PsychoPy version (2022.2.4):
I’m trying to run experiments, but my own and other peoples’ codes won’t work. Everytime I try and run an experiment, a grey screen appears, without any of the built instructions for the experiment and it immediately closes.

I tryed running similar experiments online and it works. But when I run it from the psychopy build it never works, even when it is a already pre-coded experiment from other users

The only clue I have is this message that appears after the program shuts down:
AttributeError: ‘Window’ object has no attribute ‘_progSignedTexFont’
