Description of the problem:
Dear all,
I am currently running a loop of 3 experiments on Pavlovia. The experiments were running smoothly under the license, however, i recently changed running mode to credits because the license is about to expire and we cannot renew it. When running on credits, at the end when terminating the experiment gonogo, participants get an error message, saying:
Unfortunately we encountered the following error:
- when terminating the experiment
- when uploading participant’s results for experiment camlavoie/gonogo-clean
- not enough previously reserved credits
I am confused about this message as 1) I do have enough credits assigned to the experiment and 2) the participants’ data is saved on my account and 3) I do not get this error message when running WCST experiment, it’s only for the other two.
Basically the logic behind my study is that I have a Qualtrics survey, then participants click on a link that redirects them to Pavlovia, where they start MasterExperiment, which randomizes my 3 experiments (gonogo-clean, nback-clean and WCST) and brings them back to Qualtrics to complete the remaining questionnaires at the end. This loop was working perfectly fine under the license mode.
Has anyone encountered this before and could let me know how to get rid of the error message to be able to make it work? I have participants scheduled on May 28th and really need this solved by then, otherwise i will lose these participants.
