Error in starting the experiment

Description of the problem:
I have run the experiment but when I press the link it is stuck on initialising the experiment. The error message on Psychopy says…
Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

  • when starting the experiment
  • when opening a session for experiment: Jubeda/corsiblocksgrid
    -when opening a session on the server
  • the experiment is inactive

Run it from the Dashboard -> Experiments -> Click your study -> Turn on Piloting mode -> Click ‘Pilot’

@Joshua_B My experiment on Pilot works but does not work with URL. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

Your URL includes html, which dates from 2020. Please remove html from Experiment Settings/Online, delete the local html folder and resync
