Hello all,
I’ve run into a problem where my Pavlovia survey that used to work is now sending back a Error 404 after piloting/ running after I made some edits.
Everything looks fine on the surface so I’m a bit stumped. Would appreciate anyone’s wisdom!

Have you accidentally set it to inactive. I can import the json you attached, and run it.
It could well be the location of the redirection URL, though I’m not sure why it worked for me.
