Deleting project

URL of experiment: https://run.pavlovia.org/ellenjchoe/psy-227-english/html/

Description of the problem: How do I delete a project? Also, can I delete my account? It was created by mistake.

You can delete your account at https://gitlab.pavlovia.org/profile/account

Obviously make sure you’re logged in as the right user before deleting - this cannot be undone if you make a mistake.

All the projects owned by that user will be deleted as well, although if you’d like me to check that then let me know when your user account has been removed and I’ll go and check that all related records have successfully been deleted (such as the existence of the project on the experiment-run server) as well.

can we delete only one project or selected projects? My “Experiments” page in my Dasboard is like a wasteyard.

This is something we could improve. Gitlab is designed for programmers who would have relatively few projects and would rarely delete them so it makes our deliberately hard (e.g. to delete the wrong project by accident). The way we’re using it is different though and we should look at adding some simple controls to remove projects, yes.
