Hi,
I received 2 reports from my participants that the data could not be saved after they finished the experiment. 1. It stuck in the “message” dialogue box and had no response when OK button was clicked, data was not saved (credit was reserved but not consumed).
(Update: Sorry that I overlooked the data file, this case was ok, the data had been saved.)
- the Competed URL was not redirected after the experiment and the data was not saved (the credit was not reserved and consumed).
This did not happen to all participants. Does anyone know why? Thank you very much.
