I have a psychopy experiment that I run using pavlovia and recruit using prolific. After some participants complete the experiment (I can see on prolific), there data will not be available on pavlovia. I suspect it might be due to participants closing the tab too early, but I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced this issue and has a solution. Or perhaps something is wrong with my code. Thank you!

I note that you are sending incomplete participants (those who press escape) to Prolific as well as complete ones. I think this will include “should quit” excluded participants. Is that intentional?

I have a different, but in my opinion, related question. I can see on Pavlovia that three participants submitted the experiment. However, in the downloaded database I can only see data of two participants. I do not see the data of the participant who took part yesterday. I also activated the “save incomplete results“ checkbox beforehand, thus, even in the case of problems with the experiment, data should be saved.
I still have hope that the data is saved as Pavlovia displays it that way, however, I do not know how to access the data. In the data folder on GitHub, I do only see the log file.
