Data have not been saved in the database

The problem is although in the sessions it says some results have been saved in the database and I can download it as a zip file. It have actually only data comes from offline Psychopy trials, but not piloting trials. What I downloaded is just a zip file that contains my offline trials’ results, but no online pilot trials have been saved.

Hi There,

When piloting, data is not saved to the data base, rather a .csv file is immediately downloaded to your browser once the experiment has been completed using the pilot token.
