Changing Email - Keeping Past Surveys

Hi there,

I have changed institutions and the email account I used for Pavlovia is no longer active. How can I change the email on my account so I can keep my past surveys?

I’m logged into Pavlovia surveys on my web browser, but I cannot remember the password and the reset link goes to the inactive email.

In that case, you will need to send an email to admin if you want to change the email address on your account.

Pavlovia account support

I am unable to login to my pavlovia account and I cant just reset my pw because the email address is my academic email (deactivated as i graduated). I am the owner of several projects with some still having on-going data collection via pavlovia and i am the only one with access. Any potential solutions? Or pavlovia support to contact?

An alternative would be to make a new account (on a different device so you don’t need to log out) and either share your old surveys with it or download the old surveys as json files then import.
