Can't find out how to run Psychopy

I have installed Psychopy and want to use the builder, but I can’t find out from the reference manual where in the Psychopy folders I am supposed to run it from.

Please update your question: what operating system are you using and which version of PsychoPy? Did installation go as expected? Usually, PsychoPy puts a link in your applications launcher, whether on Windows, Mac or Linux.

Windows 10. I don’t know if it went as expected because I didn’t know what to expect.

When I search in Windows toolbar nothing comes up and no shortcut was created.
