Cannot run the fonts offline

PsychoPy version: v2022.2.4

Dear all,

I tried to run a task with the font “Arial” offline, but it didn’t work. I received an alert “Alert 4320:Font ariel not found locally, will check Google Fonts on next run”. I changed it to the default font or simply left the font field blank on formatting, but it still didn’t work.

I used the same computer to run another task with Arial font offline, but it worked well.

Does anyone know how to fix it please?

How are you spelling Arial?

Hello, I changed to Arial, but it still doesn’t work, maybe because I run it offline and need to download the font on my laptop first? but it is strange that another task doesn’t have this problem.
