Audio playing hissing sound Online

PsychoPy version : 2025.1.1
I am a total newbie here, so please forgive my ignorance. I built my study in Builder to run on Pavlovia. It includes a sound component that plays a new audio file each trial. When I run online, it just plays a hissing sound. I have tried both .wav and .mp3 and both have the same issue. I know that it’s pulling the correct file from my spreadsheet, as I have put in a failsafe to let me know if it does/doesn’t, so that is not the issue. If anyone has advice for this please let me know!

Are you able to create a minimal demo of the issue (e.g. just a single routine playing the sound in a loop?

If you can do that and replicate the issue then share the pavlovia project here that is helpful in us providing support!
