Why would psychopy not be activated on the screen?

Hello, I faced the very basic problem. I just started psychopy on win 7 x64 computer. First a few days it worked alright, but it doesn’t appear on the screen out of the blue. I don’t know what I did and I deleted the program and reinstall a few times, but still doesn’t work. When I activate the specific file, it runs well. However, if I try to make a new experiment by clicking psychopy icon, it doesn’t appear on the screen (still presenting on the task bar though). What should I do? Than…
