URL of experiment: test [PsychoPy]

Description of the problem: I’m trying to run an online experiment with video files. The files are in mp4 format (H265 encoded using the online tutorial with VLC player). However, when running the online experiment I get the error message “XYZ.mp4 is not a video”.

Does anyone have an idea what’s going wrong? :sweat_smile:

Thanks for your reply! The original video files already were H264 and AAC. I noticed an issue in Gitlab where all the video files uploaded automatically from psychopy were only a few bytes in size. So I changed them via commits. I wonder if there might be a problem with Gitlab syncing the replaced files correctly with Pavlovia. I even added an SSH key in Gitlab because I thought that would maybe help with syncing, but I’m a total noob in these things, so I don’t know.
