Description of the problem: I just placed my experiment online via SONA today, and I received an email from a participant that said that she was running into the following error:
I asked her if she was using safari, and she said that she tried google chrome and firefox, but that the error message remained. I have tried to look up what the issue might be, but I’m really new to everything online so I have no idea on what I should be doing.
