Unicode DeCode Error 'utf8' codec and audio driver

OS: Windows 7 PsychoPy version (e.g. 1.84.x): 1.83.04 Standard Standalone? (y/n) y: What are you trying to achieve?: An experiment with text and audio stimuli What specifically went wrong when you tried that?: The experiment works fine on a laptop with windows 7 and also worked on the desktop computer before.
