The port is parallel, but cannot be marked

I don’t think 'HDFF0' is a valid parallel port. It needs to be a 4-digit hexadecimal value. Maybe you mean 0xDFF0?

When I set it like this, no error will be reported and marker will not be displayed on the device

If this is the still the wrong address for the parallel port then you would get no events but no error message. Where did you find out the information about the parallel port? Does it list DDF0 as the address in your hardware/devices or something?

OK, I agree that looks correct, but I don’t know what to advise next. Are the cables correct with the right pin connections to the device? Has anyone else managed to use this port on another software package?

It can be successful with EPRIME, but Psychopy cannot be connected. It is neither reported or Marker.


How do I check whether to get a Marker
