Sync Issues with Pavlovia – Stuck on Initializing Screen or 403 Error

Here are some possible solutions. Have you removed html from Experiment Settings / Online / Output path?

403 forbidden error nginx

URL of experiment: Description of the problem: Hello, I am getting a 403 Forbidden error message when I try to pilot my experiment on Pavlovia. I went through several posts and made sure I have HTML, js in my github repository. Additionally, the experiment was using builder to insert custom code. All my image stimuli are JPEG. I have tried inactivate and pilot again. At this point, I am running out of solutions. Could anyone help me with this issue? A million thanks!

Sync failed - could not find project

Quit when trying to open experiment + won't sync

Hello, I had this experiment running both on my locally and on Pavlovia a couple months ago. I just re-downloaded it to modify it to run with younger children and updated to the newest version of PsychoPy. The experiment currently won’t run locally, however when I download from my existing projects from Pavlovia, I cannot run those locally either although they seem to be working fine on Pavlovia.
