Summary csv file not created

What are you trying to achieve?: I selected in the experiment settings on PsychoPy to save summary data and it worked in a previous version, but since updating some of the files it no longer saves this summary .csv file (the summary file has “trial” in the filename). How can I get this back? I have synced the study many times. There is a zip file for each individual participant, but it doesn’t contain this summary csv file, it only contains a single log file.

Please check if you are saving to database instead of CSV.

I’m not sure that the summary file ever worked online. Are you getting the individual CSV files? Do you have trial-by-trial ticked?

Yes, I have summaries and trial by trial clicked, and I am getting the individual csv files.
