Hi folks,
I have a student who is struggling with signing up to Pavlovia on the Northumbria Uni license. She can’t seem to get an account verification email. I think she may have spammed signing up a million times to no avail.
I’ve had her check the Quarantine section on the Exchange side and she says there aren’t any pavlovia/gitlab emails. When she attempts to sign up now it flags that her email address is in use, so we must be nearly there.
I’ve not had any other students or accounts on our side being caught so I’m hoping this might be some fluke issue that you guys can help me manually tick off as verified so she can get going?
