Student developer cannot see experiment in dashboard

I recently created an experiment on Pavlovia for a student project. The two students working on the project created Pavlovia accounts and I added them as developers so that they could pilot the task. They created their accounts one day apart, and I added them both to the project at the same time, last week. However, whereas the experiment is showing up in the Pavlovia dashboard for one student, for the other it does not appear. (The affected student can access it on GitLab, so it clearly is linked to their account; they just can’t see it on Pavlovia itself.) I’ve double checked that the account the student is using on Pavlovia’s front-end matches the details on GitLab. I’ve also tried changing their role in the project to “Owner”, but this had no effect.

Has anyone run across a problem like this before? If so, how did you resolve it?

Does one of the students have a numeric username?

No, neither student does. (One student has a username that is all lower-case, and the other has occasional capitals, but this is the only difference between them.)

Did they both use academic email addresses and verify their emails?

(I’m just guessing here – I haven’t encountered this, though I have come across experiments in groups not being visible to group members added after the experiment was created)

Yes, they tell me they used their institutional addresses.

And thanks, I’m at a loss too so I appreciate the guessing!
