Hi everyone, I am trying to send port codes between PsychoPy and BrainVision via the BrainVision serial port Trigger Box. I am able to successfully send port codes when the stimuli are text components (such as in an oddball task when the stimuli are “x” and “o”), however I am having trouble sending the port codes when the stimuli are image components (particularly .png filetype). I have attached screenshots of my conditions excel file, my trial structure, and my Python Code chunks. Unfortunately, no triggers are showing up in BrainVision Recorder! This exact syntax works when the “tar” variable is a string of letters, such a “xxxx”.
